Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information SARVA Ops collects, why, and what control you have over it. SARVA Ops is operated by SkandaBio Organics Private Limited ("we", "us"), 316/6A Melapachakudi Village, Fathima Nagar, Viralimalai, Tamil Nadu 621316, India.
Who this applies to
It applies to businesses that sign up for SARVA Ops and the people who work in their accounts. It also covers the customers of those businesses whose contact details or messages pass through SARVA Ops when the business uses it to send WhatsApp messages.
What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, business name and login details.
- Connected-platform data: when you connect a WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's Embedded Signup, we receive and store your WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, business profile details, message template content and status, and an access token that Meta issues to SARVA Ops on your behalf. If you connect advertising, store or email accounts, we store the tokens and the reporting data you ask us to show you.
- Messaging data: the phone numbers of the recipients your business messages, the content of the messages you send, delivery and read receipts, and replies from customers, including opt-out requests.
- Technical data: server logs such as IP address, browser type and timestamps, used to run and secure the service.
How we use it
We use this information only to provide SARVA Ops to the business that connected it. That means sending the messages the business asks us to send, showing delivery status, managing templates, honouring opt-outs, and keeping the service secure. We do not sell personal information. We do not use one business's customer data for any other business. We do not use message content for advertising.
WhatsApp and Meta
Messages are sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) operated by Meta Platforms. Meta handles message data under its own terms and privacy policy. We access a business's WhatsApp account only with the permissions that business grants through Meta's Embedded Signup, and the business can revoke them at any time in Meta Business Settings.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers we need to run SARVA Ops: our cloud hosting provider and Meta (to deliver messages). We also share it where the law requires. Each connected business controls its own customers' data. We act on its instructions.
Retention
We keep account and connected-platform data while your account is active. When you disconnect a platform or close your account, we delete the stored access tokens straight away. We delete the related message and contact data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Security
Access tokens and credentials are stored on servers we control, with access restricted to the people who operate the service. Data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing privacy@sarva.im. If you received a WhatsApp message from a business that uses SARVA Ops, reply STOP to that business to opt out. To have your data removed, contact that business or us. Our data deletion page explains how.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. If a change is material, we will notify account holders.
