Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of SARVA Ops, a service operated by SkandaBio Organics Private Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account or connecting a platform, you agree to them.
The service
SARVA Ops lets a business connect its own advertising, store, email and WhatsApp Business accounts. It then helps the business review and run its marketing operations. Actions that change a connected account run only when a person on your team approves them.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to connect each account you link to SARVA Ops.
- You must follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy and Meta's terms. In particular, you may message only people who have opted in to hear from you, and you must honour opt-out requests.
- You are responsible for the content of the messages and templates you send, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business and your customers.
- You must keep your login details secure.
Acceptable use
You may not use SARVA Ops to send spam or unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, to message people who have not consented, or to interfere with the service or with other customers.
Third-party platforms
Connected platforms such as Meta and WhatsApp are operated by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, their policies or their decisions, including template approvals and messaging limits.
Fees
If a paid plan applies, its price and billing terms will be shown to you before you subscribe. Meta charges WhatsApp conversation fees separately under its own pricing.
Termination
You can stop using SARVA Ops and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the policies of connected platforms.
Disclaimers and liability
SARVA Ops is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
